I was searching for a way to cut meats thinly for our upcoming holiday parties, and I remembered that my Dad used to have an electric carving knife when I was a kid. I found one for only $20 and it works just as well as I remember. I can't believe I went 20 years without one. Thank you, Courant, for this fantastic buy!
