This item is incredibly convenient, user-friendly, and simple to clean. However, caution is advised as the outer metal container can become extremely hot and may cause burns.

I purchased this smaller crockpot to replace our old big one and it's actually working better. The temperature is consistent and there are no hot spots that cause food to burn. It's easy to clean with just hot water and dishwashing liquid. Overall, it's a great quality product.
