This item has been extremely useful and well-made in my experience. It's easily cleaned and has performed excellently. My only wish is for the light to be a bit brighter. I did have a minor mishap when I forgot to plug it in and didn't notice for two hours, but that was my mistake.

I, like others, rated this slow cooker crock pot a 4 due to the slightly bent tin heated bowl upon arrival. However, I was able to easily bend it back into place. The insert ceramic bowl is very thick and durable. I've been cooking great meals with it for a few weeks now and love everything about it. It's definitely worth the money!
