I purchased this kettle in 2010 and it worked great for me. It has recently started to develop rust on the bottom of the inside, so I am in the process of getting a new one. However, it lasted for 13 years, which is quite impressive in today's standards.

This combo does a great job of keeping your drinks hot.

I love using this small Courant kettle to heat water at my desk at work. It's perfect for filling up at the bottled-water dispenser in the break-room and boiling water quickly. It's not as fast as my old Sunbeam Hot Shot at home, but it's much easier to use with my Tervis insulated mugs. The kettle is visually attractive and comes in a variety of colors. If my Hot Shot at home ever needs replacing, I plan to get the larger Courant kettle. The non-removable lid hasn't been a problem, and I got a great deal on it as an open box unit from seller It arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Overall, it's a great purchase.

The Courant pot is my favorite. I've tried others, but I always come back to this one. This is the second time I've purchased it and I absolutely love it.

This appliance is great for quickly heating water for hot cereal and beverages.

This is great! The water boils much faster than on the stovetop, in under 2 minutes! I love that I don't have to microwave my water for hot tea.

This combo is great for making one or occasionally two cups of tea at a time. It was the best Christmas gift we received this year. We use it 2-3 times a day and we hope it lasts.
