I recently purchased this water kettle to replace my old one that stopped working. It is working perfectly and seems to be an improved version of my previous kettle, which started to overheat even after turning off. I'm happy with this new Courant kettle, but I will make sure to unplug it after use to be safe.

bought this to have at my mom's place, where I have been spending a lot of time. It makes warm drinks quickly and easily, which is nice, although I could always just boil a pot of water like I did growing up. I do wish the lid was not attached so I could wipe the inside dry, but I leave it open after use and it dries out fine. I have not had any issues with corrosion or the on/off switch not working, and I have had it for a few months.

The new version of this electric kettle can be manually turned off, unlike the previous model. The old one had a tendency to conk out after a few years, but this one is better and safer. I recently bought a larger electric kettle with a glass carafe, but it quickly developed unsightly deposits. The Courant kettle, with its opaque design, hides the deposits and is both attractive and efficient. I use it almost every day and have relegated the glass kettle to the cottage.

This tea kettle is perfect for me because I drink many coffee cups all day because I WFH.

I purchased a travel kettle that is simple and convenient to use. I had to have my carry-on searched by TSA because of it, but it didn't get damaged during travel. It was great to have for making coffee and tea while I was away. I think it was a worthwhile investment and I plan on using it frequently.
