We haven't had any problems with our bread maker so far. We simply add the ingredients and a few hours later, we have fresh bread. We've only made yeasty breads so far, but I think it will work well for quick breads too, as that's what we mostly used our old one for. The instructions were easy to follow and everything turned out great. I would definitely recommend it.
