After seeing a video of someone using this mixer to shred cooked chicken, I decided to buy one. I was impressed with how easily it shredded the chicken. When I tried it myself, I found that it worked just as well for me. It's not so powerful that it causes ingredients to fly out of the bowl, like my old mixer. I also used it to mix cake batter and everything stayed in the bowl. I'm really happy with this mixer.
