We bought this toaster to replace our old one which didn't meet our expectations. It works fine and the controls are simple to use. However, it gives off a lot of heat while in use, so we have to pull it out from under the pantry. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the sides of the bread are slightly unevenly toasted, but it's not a big issue.

This product has bagel, frozen, and pop-up abort buttons, as well as a small dial to adjust the level of browning. It also features plastic cladding to prevent burns. It works perfectly.

This toaster has been working great for me for a while now, with no issues. The wide slots are perfect for bagels and it can toast up to 4 pieces at once. The only downside is that the crumb tray isn't very effective, so I have to wipe the counter down underneath it every day to clean up loose crumbs. Other than that, it's a great toaster.
