The cookie dough mixer works great for mixing thick and mixed dough. I appreciate that it starts off slowly, preventing flour from creating a cloud.

This mixer is excellent value for money and performs beautifully. My only quibble is that it comes with rounded wire beaters instead of the usual flat metal ones, which means you may need to mix at higher speeds for longer. However, if you're baking at home and not in a hurry, this shouldn't be a problem. Overall, it's a great product.

I bought this mixer as a replacement for my previous one and I'm very happy with it. It comes with useful attachments and has multiple speeds. However, make sure to hear a snap when you close the plastic storage container with all the parts inside, or everything could fall out. Overall, it's a great and powerful product.

The reviewer initially thought that the SmoothStart feature would cause the mixer to start slowly in order to prevent ingredients from splattering, but they discovered that it actually starts off at a much faster speed. They suggested starting the mixer outside of the bowl and then placing it in once it slows down, and questioned the purpose of the SmoothStart feature. Overall, they found it puzzling but not a huge issue.
