The burner works fine, but the on/off markings rubbed off within a week. I reached out to the seller but never got a response. Overall, the customer service was lacking.

The burner was packed nicely and undamaged, but the front light was not working right out of the box. This is a crucial safety feature, so I will be returning it.

This hot plate works well and has good quality parts. The design and size are great. The only downside is that the burner stays very hot for a long time.

After 3 months of use, the burner started producing a burning plastic/rubber smell, and the long heating and cooling times make it inconvenient. The control dial gets hot and there are safety concerns for kids. The size fits well in a small kitchen, but I wouldn't purchase it again.

This appliance allows me to cook with my existing pans while I wait for my glass stove top to be replaced. It cooks well and makes it easier to prepare quick meals, but I wish the temperature settings were easier to read and that the surface was more durable for use with cast iron pans.
