I found that the high setting on this item doesn't reach a high enough temperature for my liking. I will try again to make soup, keeping in mind that the cooking time should not exceed 4 hours according to the instruction manual. It's also worth noting that the warm setting is not adequate for my needs.

After using this item to cook a few times, I've found that it heats up quickly on High, probably due to its small size. I believe it uses minimal electricity, but I'm not an expert on that. It can only fit about 5 diced potatoes, which is enough for me. Its small size makes it easy to clean. Overall, I have no complaints considering its limitations. I knew I was getting a basic level of functionality.

The open box had a very small chip on it.

I used the crock pot once and cut the recipe in half. I'm still getting used to the low/high settings, but I like that it's easy to store and makes a smaller amount of food, which is why I bought it. It's a nice appliance.

I am not a fan of how the cooker seems to be barely on when it's on low. It doesn't get as hot as other slow cookers I've used. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a light to indicate if it's on or not.

The item seems to work well. I used it to make barley mushroom soup and it turned out delicious.

This product is incredibly user-friendly and can be cleaned up quickly. The 2 quart size is ideal for one to two people. I highly recommend it.

The product was precisely what my wife had hoped for.
