I've been using this blender for 2.5 years and it's been very reliable. I use it only for soapmaking and it's been a great investment for the price.

This product is not suitable for long-term industrial use, such as mixing thick soap for extended periods. However, it works perfectly for single-serving protein shakes and smoothies. It is also easy to clean, despite the difficult-to-reach pocket at the top. The submersible line is not very high, but for quick tasks like crushing ice and mixing ingredients, it is the best and most affordable option available. I have been using it daily for about a month and it still runs perfectly.

This blender is very user-friendly with its long shaft, making it especially helpful. Unlike many similar blenders with shorter shafts that limit their usefulness, this one is just what I was searching for. The plastic material makes cleanup easy, and the steel blades, while smaller than those on my Cuisinart, are still effective for blending soups with solid ingredients.

After a year of normal use, it started to smell burnt and eventually stopped working. I tried to open it to see if I could fix it, but I ended up breaking it in the process. I give it 3 stars because I'm not sure if I was responsible for the motor failure due to liquid getting inside (even though it's supposed to be waterproof).

I absolutely love this hand blender. I purchased it only a few months ago and if it were to break today, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another right away. It has been a lifesaver for making baby food at home. The blades are sharp, it's easy to clean, and it works fantastically. It's also quiet enough to use while the baby is sleeping. The only downside is that the plastic shield stains easily (it's now orange from blending cooked carrots), but that doesn't bother me at all.
